As you can see – as a guest – you are charged 14% (We, the hosts are charged 3%).
Pricing :
By booking here, you are skipping the ‘middle man’.
The usual rental price is £105/night – however this may vary in peak season.
Whatever the length of stay, a cleaning charge of £25 is applicable.
A discount of 12% is applied to stays of 7-29 nights.
A discount of 44% is applied to stays of 30 nights or more.
Prices are for two guests. Extra guests are charged at £15 pppn on top. But be warned that the second bed is a small sofa bed ! Children 2 and under are free.
If you’d like to stay, please check availability & complete a booking request. We will then cost it – as per these guidelines & get back to you. You will be asked for a payment of 50% if more than 4 weeks before arrival (the remaining 50% becoming payable 4 weeks before arrival), or 100% if less.
We accept credit/debit card payment.
Cancellations :
A full refund will be given for cancellations 4 weeks before arrival.
A 50% refund will be given for cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival
